With the evolving situation around COVID-19, we want to make sure Move It helpers and customers know the best ways to help protect themselves and others when requesting a delivery or move. According to the CDC and local health officials, people who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, suspect they may have it, or are being evaluated for it should not use Move It.

If you are not comfortable and suspect a helper being ill, please get to a safe place, cancel your move or delivery before they begin, and contact customer support team.
